MAY

The house project continues and is keeping us all very busy and tired.

1. We got the foundation finished up and got all the lumber delivered. I was surprised that there was enough lumber to do the whole addition, but it was all there.

2. We finally got to start building. It seemed like it took forever to get to this point but once we started it just kept moving right along. But I guess that comes from working on it for 10 hours a day! Also, we would have never made as far as we did as fast as we did if my dad didn't have a great friend who was willing to come and be tortured day after day after day! Thanks again Dale!

3. I also got to sub 3 days this month which was great. All three were on Friday which means I didn't start until about 9:30 to 10:00 and got done at around 3:00. So they were short days but I got paid for a full day.

4. I am still working with the girls in basketball. I made one cry on the first day but other then that it has been a success and I think they are enjoying themselves and I hope they are getting better!!

5. My high school friend/ 1st college roommate got married. Her wedding was at the resort at the mountain. Again it was fun to see everyone and get to catch up. It was a beautiful event and I am so glad that we got to share in her special occasion.

6. Kestley turned 2!! I can't believe my baby is 2. I am not sure where the time has gone but it has gone fast. She is such a joy in our lives and keeps us on our toes everyday. The best part is that she likes to torment and harass her dad on a daily basis, actually she harasses everyone!

7. Kestley got to share her special day with our family. We had everyone over for dinner, cake and ice cream. Anytime you asked her what kind of party she wanted she would reply "Boo Inc." aka Monsters Inc. for some reason she fell in love with that movie. I made her a Mike cake. It wasn't my greatest birthday cake but I just didn't have the time or energy to do more with all that is going on.

8. Kestley's last gift she opened was a shirt that I decorated for her to make an announcement to our family that we were pregnant and expecting our 3rd child the end of December.

9. I had my first Dr. appointment which is long and boring. I got to go through all the lifestyle/ family history questions and blood work. So I am glad to get that one out of the way so we can move forward with the ultra sounds and hearing the heart beat!
