JULY

Again I am trying to play catch up. It is amazing how quick I fall behind on the blog.

This month was very busy with all of the summer visitors.

1. Jeff's brother Ryan and his family came up to celebrate the 4th of July with the family. The time they were here was very busy and fun filled. We had a camp out in Jeff's parents' back yard, we celebrated the 4th of July, we went fishing, the kids played on the slip and slide. The kids had a lot of fun playing sports outside and playing wii.

 2. I started coaching soccer again for the high school. We started practice 4 times a week. It was nice this year that we didn't start until later but went more often.

These are pictures of the kids "working" in the addition. They had more fun putting nails in the floor. They spent hours working out there.

3. We had two birthdays this month. Happy Birthday Mike and Kenzie

4. Trey had the opportunity to give his first talk in primary at church. He did such a good job. He was so excited and so nervous. It was very cute.

5. My brother Kevin came up with his family. Again we stayed very busy, but we had a lot of fun. We went out to a family friends' house and rode horses, jumped on the trampoline and roasted smores. We took a trip to Portland and went to the zoo, and played on the slip and slide. My niece who is 13 came over and stayed at our house one night and then my mom and I took her into Portland shopping. It was fun to have a girls day out.

6. We started and finished our deck on the back of the addition. We are still waiting on carpet but at least we got one more thing checked off the list. Thanks again Dad and Dale for all your hard work and help on this whole project.

 7. And more work on the house! I had to put the christmas tree picture in because it was the only picture that I could find that shows the back door and then shelves that we tore out in order to tie our addition into the existing house.
