Slacking

Wow, Trey is definitely more than two now. Sorry I have been slacking. I hope you all haven't given up on me and my blog. Things here have been crazy. Since my last post we have been camping, celebrated Halloween, bought a new car, finished another soccer season, wrecked my new car, and found out that we are expecting another child.

We borrowed Grandpa's trailer and went camping. Trey enjoyed splashing in all the puddles and collecting acorns.
For Halloween we took Trey to the pumpkin patch the weekend before. However, the batteries were dead in my camera so we have no pictures of that. But, he had a blast picking out pumpkins. He loaded about 15 into the stroller. I was taking them out as fast as he was putting them in. Lucky for us we made it home with only two pumpkins. On Halloween we went trick-o-treating down town to a bunch of the businesses and then took him to a party at our church that evening.
I am a slacker and don't have any pictures of the new car. However, we got a 2004 Silver Toyota Highlander. Nothing too fancy but it has much more room.

Like I said above, another soccer season has come to an end. It was pretty interesting this year. I had a lot of kids that didn't come to practice, couldn't pass their classes and I think I had more injuries this year than before. I also had a very young inexperienced team. But they learned and improved so I guess that is all I can ask.

As for the wrecking of my car. Technically I didn't do it. In fact I wasn't even in the car. I was in downtown Portland visiting a friend and I parked my car on the side of the street. Some lady tried to pull in front of me to park and crunched my bumper in the process. Lucky for us, she came and found me and gave me all her insurance information, so it will be getting fixed shortly.

Here is a picture of Trey being silly. He likes to get the camera and give it to me and then say "Cheese". So that is what he is doing here.

Ok, now I guess for the part most of you have been waiting for. Jeff and I found out that we are expecting another child. I am due June 5, but because I am having a C-section it will end up taking place around May 31. We don't know what we are having yet but I will let you all know when we find out. We went to the doctor on Friday and after doing the ultra sound we found out that we were only at 11 weeks instead of 13. Which didn't make me too happy because that meant at least two more weeks of being sick all day long. But other then being sick and tired all the time everything else is going good. So I guess that is the real reason I have been slacking, I just haven't had the energy to update. However, hopefully I will do a better job from now on.
