November

(Again I know this is  a few months behind. My computer has been dead and I finally got it working again so hopefully I can get caught up on my posts!)

Again this month seems to keep us running around trying to get things wrapped up before the baby gets here.

1. Soccer season came to an end. We had a lot of fun this season and also beat some good teams.

2. I had the chance to sub a couple of days at the middle school. I love subbing there even if everyone does think I am crazy for saying that!

3. We finished plumbing the bathroom and laundry room. The plumber we hired did a very good job and had it done within a few days of starting. Again, that included re-plumbing the whole house not just the new bathroom and laundry room.

4. Jeff had a training in Salem so the kids and I got to spend a few days together without him. It definitely make me appreciate all that he does when he is home. It always reminds me that I don't want to be a single parent!

5. The kids and I and both grandmas and uncle Matt spent the day shopping in Portland. It was fun to spend the day shopping with the grandmas and of course they spoiled all 3 kids.

6. I decided that I wanted to have all my house projects done before the baby got here. So I took it upon myself to rip out our old pantry area so that we could move that into the area where the washer and dryer use to be.

7. We have 3 birthdays this month. My brother Calvin, Our Niece Brenna, and Myself

8. Trey had PJ day at school. He was so excited that he got to wear his pajamas to school. Ever since that day he thinks that on Fridays (he doesn't have school) he should get to wear his pajamas all day.

9. We had Treys 1st Parent Teacher Conferences. They went very well and it is always nice to hear that your son is ready for Kindergarten and that he does such a good job behaving even when we aren't there to keep an eye on him!

10. I celebrated my birthday (we won't discuss how old I am!) I worked on my birthday so I didn't do anything too exciting that day. Jeff and the kids got me flowers and candy and he took me out to dinner. Then we had Sunday dinner at our house with all the family. Jeff did a good job of making dinner and my mom made the birthday cake.

11. Thanksgiving! This year we went to my in-laws house along with my parents. We ate lots of good food and too much dessert. It is so nice to be able to spend time with both sides of my family at the same time.

12. My Dr. finally came back from maternity leave. While she was gone it definitely made me realize why I picked her as a dr. So we were every excited to get her back for the last 2 months of my pregnancy.

13. Black Friday! Who doesn't get excited for Black Friday! Late thursday night my mother in law, sister in law and brother in law decided to venture to Hood River to go to Walmart. Yeah that was a mistake. We got there and it was so busy there was no parking and the line to get into the store wrapped part way around the building and the doors were already open. Yeah we turned around and went home. Friday I got up went to my two stores and was back home in bed before anyone was even awake in my house. Then that afternoon Jeff and I and the kids went back to Walmart and it was much nicer and we got everything we were looking for without fighting all the crazy people.
